This project included an addition and extensive renovation to the existing fellowship hall and foyer. The renovations included a complete renovation of the kitchen area, and installation of demountable partitions in the hall to form individual classroom spaces. An updated heating system was also included in this project. A new 120 car parking lot behind the church completed this project.
R.C. Griffin assisted the First Baptist Church in the selection of a new building for their congregation, transforming a 6,200sf. former preschool center to a handicap accessible church . This project consisted of a new sanctuary, church offices, and fellowship hall with a full kitchen. The plumbing, wiring, and HVAC systems were completely upgraded. The project was completed on time and under the original budget.
Construct a 6,200 sf. exclusive fitness center for women and seniors. This project required an aggressive construction schedule with a high quality product.
The project was a 3,000 sf addition and a 12,000 sf renovation of an existing facility. The Health and Wellness Center consisted of a full cardiovascular/Nautilus and free weight area, a multi-purpose room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, laundry, snack bar, and administration offices. The project also included a medical assistance area, complete with exam room, doctor’s office, and reception area.
This project involved transforming 3100sf of vacant space into a state-of-the-art retail store, showcasing Verizon’s FiOS technology. R.C. Griffin, Inc. set and maintained goals of minimal disruption to the Jordan’s Furniture operations, as well as the tight scheduling required for the store’s grand-opening on the day after Thanksgiving (the busiest shopping day of the year).
