R.C. Griffin was tasked with bringing new life and sensory to this assisted living community. The main components to this renovation was a new acoustical ceiling made of wood slats, a giant scrabble board, a glass white board and last but not least, a living breathing greenwall, made entirely out of living plants and a water filtration/hydration system.
R.C. Griffin, Inc. transformed a former rental center building into a modern studio and office space, complete with 2 studios, including the installation of a studio lighting rack system, a control room, equipment room, conference room, administrative offices, and new kitchen and handicap-accessible bathrooms.
R.C. Griffin, Inc was selected to transform a 5,000 square foot former warehouse to a state of the art community access station. The base building needed electrical and mechanical updates, as well as creating handicap accessibility to meet today’s code. On a tight budget, R.C. R.C. Griffin, Inc. has completed a number of projects for Microsoft Corporation including a 35,000 sf. sales office renovation, new offices for their eCommerce Development Center and an innovation lab which Microsoft displays their latest products.
The Clark School is a private K through grade 8 school in Danvers, Ma. A 2,500 sf wood framed 2 classroom building needed to be constructed during the summer vacation. The “Barn Design” replicates an out building from the main “Farm House” school building built in 1665. R.C. Griffin, Inc. utilized their design/build capabilities to construct this building on time and the school open as scheduled.
