R.C. Griffin, Inc. was the construction manager for this detail orientated project. The project included the demolition of an existing Knights of Columbus building, and the construction of a new 6,000 sf. building for retail stores. The building was hailed by Danvers officials as a model project for the downtown area.
R.C Griffin, Inc. was tasked with creating a new convenient store on the Holden Oil Filling Station property. Construction was ground up new and the goal was to keep the interior an industrial look while still being inviting for customers to stop in for a sandwich. Additional new pavement, sidewalk/curbs and landscaping was part of the finishing touches.
This project transformed a section of an existing warehouse to an elaborate 2 story Marvin Door and Window Showroom. The showroom illustrates the latest windows in a practical display. Along with a wooden stairway this showroom displays the complete line of products that J.B. Sash offers.
This project involved transforming 3100sf of vacant space into a state-of-the-art retail store, showcasing Verizon’s FiOS technology. R.C. Griffin, Inc. set and maintained goals of minimal disruption to the Jordan’s Furniture operations, as well as the tight scheduling required for the store’s grand-opening on the day after Thanksgiving (the busiest shopping day of the year).
